1.学历：本科及以上学历,人力资源、管理类等相关专业，有海外留学背景为加分项。 2.工作经验：5年及以上薪酬COE相关经验,至少3年高科技行业经验。具备完整全球薪酬体系搭建、ESOP全流程落地经验。有欧洲、中东、东南亚等国家员工薪酬、福利设计经验。 3.专业能力：精通全球薪酬、福利、ESOP设计,具备扎实的调研、数据分析与合规管理能力。熟悉全球多区域劳动法规、税收政策,具备跨文化薪酬管理经验。 4.具备良好的业务需求分析能力,良好的逻辑性、沟通能力和影响力,能够承受较大的工作压力。 5.语言能力:英语流利,可作为工作语言。有其他语言能力为加分项。
