1. 教育背景，全日制本科及以上学历，数据统计与分析、商业分析、经济学、汽车工程等相关专业优先； 2. 工作经验，3 年及以上新能源汽车行业或相关领域经营分析、商业分析工作经验，有头部车企、新能源科技公司或咨询公司背景者优先 3. 专业技能，精通 Excel、SQL、PPT，掌握 Python、R、Tableau 等工具者优先，具备数据建模能力者加分 4. 具备敏锐的数据洞察力、结构化思维与定量分析能力，能独立完成行业深度报告与专项分析课题 5. 自驱力强，学习能力突出，能快速适配行业技术迭代与政策变化，承受一定工作压力 6. 综合素质，具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，能有效联动财务、业务等跨部门团队推进工作
