1.负责对ICV智能网联领域的政策、标准,进行跟踪、解读、分析、影响评估,及时导入项目和开发部门实施落实、协助业务应对合规要求。保障车型产品合规、按期量产; 2.负责协调公司内部资源,牵头智能网联政策、国内外标准制修订,建立并维护国内外智能网联标准体系,实现公司对政策、标准的诉求; 3.负责对接ISO、国家标委、汽车工程学会、地方团体等标准化组织,维护良好关系,保障标准咨询、参编渠道畅通;策划承办标准组、起草组等工作组的会议活动; 4.负责感知智能网联领域前沿技术,结合国内外政策、标准进展与趋势,预测智能网联标准未来方向及影响,支持公司中长期业务规划; 5.负责解答各部门关于智能网联的政策标准问题,研究整理并定期输出专业报告; 6.负责组织企业内部技术标准运营与迭代。

1.学历:全日制本科及以上学历,车辆工程、机械工程,或汽车相关专业方向优先; 2.工作经验:具有8年以上智能网联领域标准工作或研发工作经验:: 3.技术能力:熟悉国内外智能网联相关政策、标准及制修订流程,与汽标委、智能运输标委、信安标委、中国汽研、工程学会等标准化组织具有良好交流联系,有细分标委技术委员会委员经验先; 4.项目经验:熟悉主机厂项目产品开发流程,具备一定的的自动驾驶及相关领域知识及项目经验; 5.沟通能力:逻辑清晰、表达能力强、有良好的组织能力和协调管理能力; 6.语言能力:英语CET6级及以上,口语流利者优先。
