1、负责呼叫中心投诉运营体系建设与重点投诉管理，建立并完善识别预警、分级响应、协同处置与复盘改进机制，提升客诉解决质量与风险防控能力； 2、统筹升级投诉/舆情案件的处理，对外跨部门联络公关、门店等打合方案并输出话术，对内协同呼叫中心一线及中台推动问题处理，避免问题升级，维护企业声誉； 3、通过案例沉淀、培训演练及话术/SOP优化等方式赋能一线，提升一线投诉处理、舆情风险识别与应对能力； 4、基于投诉与舆情风险数据开展分析，推动产品、服务和流程优化，降低投诉及舆情发生率，提升服务体验； 5、在重大活动、重点时期及突发事件中代表呼叫中心围绕用户体验、服务承接和舆情风险防范等提供参考与建议。

1、大专及以上学历，5年以上客诉运营、投诉处理或相关工作经验，有汽车售后服务背景优先； 2、普通话标准，具备较强的沟通协调与谈判能力，能够高效联动跨部门资源推动复杂案件解决； 3、能独立应对突发危机事件，具备快速风险判断、准确处理和及时反馈能力，能够有效控制风险升级； 4、具备较强的结构化思考、逻辑分析和数据分析能力，能够洞察问题根因并推动业务优化。和建议
