【岗位定位】 系统应用方向，建设并规划系统能力，负责理想汽车座舱全平台车型系统应用迭代，车机系统功能创新拓展 【工作职责】 1、负责智能座舱系统底座能力:系统性能、权限、账号、系统设置等产品规划与迭代； 2、负责系统应用 OTA 迭代：需求输出、方案架构、风险把控，保障系统稳定、流畅、功耗性能体验； 3、制定系统能力规范、跟进行业前沿，做技术预研与中长期Roadmap； 4、跨研发、架构、设计、软硬件团队推进复杂系统需求落地，主导专项攻坚。

1、3年以上智能硬件的软件产品经验，要有量产硬件 OTA 经验； 2、用户体验敏感度高，熟悉主流新势力座舱交互设计，熟悉 Android、iOS 系统设计； 3、热爱喜欢数码产品，对产品设计挑剔有要求； 4、具备系统架构思维，能独立负责大版本、复杂系统专项； 5、强跨团队推动、项目把控与问题复盘能力。
