我们正在寻找一位兼具法律专业深度、争议解决经验与团队管理能力的诉讼负责人，全面负责公司诉讼仲裁、纠纷处理，并搭建争议解决的体系化方案、推动风险前置防控，同时，具备法律风险、业务目标与组织协同的平衡能力，并能以结果为导向，推动复杂案件解决。

岗位职责： 1. 统筹公司各类诉讼、仲裁、行政争议及重大突发法律纠纷的管理与处置，持续提升案件处理质量与效率； 2. 牵头处理重大、疑难、复杂争议案件，并推动形成制度、流程、指引、培训及跨部门协同机制，促进争议预防前置化； 3. 负责外部律所的选聘、管理、考核，建立并持续优化重点区域、重点领域的外部专业支持体系； 4. 为公司重大经营事项、重点项目等提供争议解决与风险控制视角的法律支持，参与业务模式评估、重大合同谈判； 5. 负责诉讼与争议解决团队的组织建设、人才培养、工作分工、质量把控与绩效管理，持续提升团队专业能力与协作效率。

1. 法学研究生及以上学历，法律专业基础扎实，具备中国法律职业资格； 2. 具有 10年及以上法律相关工作经验，具备丰富的诉讼、仲裁及争议解决实务经验； 3. 具备成熟的团队管理经验，能够带领团队处理多地区、多类型、复杂交叉法律争议； 4. 具备较强的商业理解能力，具备良好的司法实务协同经验； 5. 抗压能力强，能够应对突发性、复杂性和高时效要求事项，具备良好的职业操守。
