负责理想汽车海外备件业务在无锡CDC的仓储运营、物流发运及包装监装管理，承接海外备件从国内仓到海外仓、再到终端交付的执行与协同，保障交付时效、质量和成本达成。 主要工作包括： 1.负责海外备件在无锡CDC的日常仓储运营管理，包括收货、上架、存储、拣选、复核、出库等环节，保障库存准确、作业高效、现场有序。 2.负责海外备件发运管理，统筹订单从无锡CDC发往海外区域仓、国家仓或属地站点的物流执行，跟进运输计划、发运进度、异常处理，确保订单按时交付。 3.负责进出口物流相关操作协同，包括运输方式安排、物流单证准备、报关清关对接及运输过程问题处理，保障国际运输链路顺畅。 4.负责备件包装及监装管理，结合海外运输场景持续优化包装方案，提升运输安全性、规范性和成本合理性，降低破损和异常风险。 5.配合海外仓网和服务业务需求，支持备件供应保障及仓发模式优化，提升海外市场的交付响应能力。 6.参与物流成本、包装成本及端到端履约成本的分析与改善，推动仓储、运输、包装等环节持续优化。 7.参与WMS、TMS等系统流程优化和数字化运营建设，推动仓储物流作业标准化、可视化和数据化。 8.负责物流供应商及相关合作方的日常协同，包括现场执行、服务质量、绩效反馈、对账结算支持等。 9.配合海外备件业务中的认证、合规及特殊运输要求落地，协同研发、供应链、采购及属地团队推进相关工作。 10.完成上级交办的其他工作。

1.本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链、国际贸易、汽车工程、工业工程等相关专业优先。 2.具备3-5年及以上仓储运营、物流发运、进出口物流或国际供应链相关工作经验，有海外备件、汽车售后零件或制造业供应链经验者优先。 3.熟悉仓储运营、国际物流、报关清关、包装监装等业务流程，具备现场异常处理和跨部门协同推进能力。 4.数据敏感度高，熟练使用Excel，具备基础数据分析能力；有SQL或Python能力、英语可作为工作语言，了解汽车售后零件业务及SBOM者优先。
