1.负责行政运营品类采购工作，包括不限于办公室选址及租赁、配餐、物业管理（保安、保洁等）、办公家具、绿植、快递、机票、酒店、班车、办公用品等的采购和供应商管理工作；根据业务需求制定采购策略、计划，及时满足业务需要；参与寻源、供应商开发及考察、供应商绩效考核及分级、搭建供应商管理体系； 2.针对负责品类定期分析采购市场行情，熟悉采购品类的供应渠道和市场变化情况，确保供需，负责采购价格的控制工作，确保成本优势，确保各项指标达成； 3.持续优化采购流程，提升采购效率，能通过高效的采购方式响应紧急的采购周期； 4.精通采购端到端的流程管理，与财务、法务、行政等相关部门保持同步协作，整合采购需求，有效管理采购成本，提高使用效能； 5.独立完成品类采购工作及跨部门协调工作。

1.本科以上学历，5年以上间接采购经验，不低于2年的行政采购经验，熟悉行业市场资源，有一定的供应商资源; 2.有供应商寻源，招标/询价, 至交付、验收及供应商绩效管理的全链能力及经验； 3.业务统筹规划和管理能力，能制定和管理品类采购策略与流程，包含需求整合，采购模式及渠道确定，供应商结构布局与管理，交付效率提升及采购成本管控等； 4.具有优秀的沟通、谈判能力，良好的逻辑分析、数据分析能力； 5.工作认真、积极主动，责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神。善于跨部门协作，有良好的沟通技巧，善于倾听，团队合作精神较强； 6.学习能力强，对创新、变化持积极态度； 7. 有良好的职业道德和素养，诚信，抗压力强； 8. 能接受理想汽车总部（顺义区文良街11号）办公地点。
