岗位职责 1.全球物流网络战略规划：主导汽车产业链全链路物流网络设计，涵盖零部件进口、整车出口及售后配件全球分拨，制定国际物流配套方案，优化海运、陆运、中欧班列等多式联运路径。 2.定制化物流方案设计与优化：针对不同品类汽车产品设计差异化物流方案，通过数据分析工具构建成本优化模型，通过贸易条款（FOB/CIF/DDP）优化、关税筹划（如 FORM E/F 原产地证应用）等降低综合物流成本。 3.供应商管理与成本管控：对接全球船公司、货铁公司、清关行等资源，建立动态评估体系，完成询价、比价及年度合同谈判，保障服务稳定性与成本竞争力。为销售团队提供精准报价支持，平衡时效需求与成本预算，建立物流成本动态监控机制。 4.合规与风险管控：精通汽车行业跨境合规要求，涵盖汽车行业相关认证、HS 税号归类等，确保通关流程顺畅，规避海关查验风险。建立供应链风险预警体系，针对地缘政治、政策变动等制定应急方案，保障关键零部件供应连续性，避免生产线中断。 5.数字化与持续改进：主导物流数字化项目落地，推动 WMS/TMS/SAP 等系统深度应用，实现货物全流程可视化追踪，提升库存周转率。

任职资格 1.学历背景：全日制本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工业工程等相关专业，持有 APICS CSCP/CPIM、CILT 等国际认证者优先。 2.工作经验：5 年以上汽车行业国际物流规划经验，具备整车或核心零部件全球物流网络设计成功案例，熟悉新能源汽车物流特性者优先。 3.专业能力：精通国际贸易条款、跨境运输流程及多国海关法规，能独立处理复杂通关问题。 4.语言能力：英语可作为工作语言，听说读写流。
