1.负责研发技术品牌传播体系建设，制定技术传播策略与年度规划，打造技术 IP 线上传播矩阵，提升公司技术影响力与行业声量。 2. 牵头技术内容策划与运营，提炼核心技术亮点，将研发语言转化为用户可感知的传播内容，输出技术文章、深度解读、视频脚本等内容体系，统筹内容生产与发布，完成数据复盘与迭代优化。 3. 负责线下技术创新活动全案策划与落地，包括技术日、行业交流、创新体验等活动，统筹流程策划、宣传文案、资源拉通、项目管控，沉淀标准化活动 SOP 并持续迭代 4. 统筹研发科技奖项申报工作，制定 3 年奖项申报规划，组织材料梳理、申报推进、跨部门协同，提升申报成功率与研发荣誉影响力。 5. 带领团队开展工作，负责任务分配、过程管理、质量把控与能力提升，确保技术传播与活动项目高质量达成目标。

1. 本科及以上学历，广告学、传播学、市场营销、项目管理等相关专业。 2. 8 年以上技术品牌 / 技术营销 / ToB 品牌运营相关经验，新能源汽车行业不少于 5 年，有技术 IP 打造、技术内容运营、技术活动操盘经验者优先。 3. 具备优秀的技术理解力、内容策划能力与文案功底，能独立完成传播策略、活动方案、宣传文案、深度稿件输出。 4. 熟悉新媒体传播生态（公众号、视频号、抖音、微博、知乎等），具备内容运营、项目操盘、数据复盘与优化能力。 5. 有科技奖项申报、研发荣誉梳理、科技成果包装经验者优先。 6. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通、资源整合与项目推动能力，逻辑清晰、执行力强、抗压性好。 7. 有团队管理经验，能带 2–3 人小组高效完成目标。
