1.端到端制定并执行海外座舱/智驾/云互联等测试总体策略，从测试规划、用例设计、测试执行到缺陷闭环与交付验收全程管理，涵盖功能测试、性能测试、合规测试、本地化测试等 2.端到端管理海外测试供应商合作，基于已有合作方进行效能优化与质量提升，包括SLA管理、绩效考核、质量审计与持续改进 3.制定全球测试规划，明确各市场/车型的测试范围、测试环境、测试节奏与资源分配 4. 端到端统筹各海外车型测试管理，从测试计划制定、测试执行跟踪到缺陷闭环与交付验收，确保测试计划与车型交付节点对齐 5.建立海外本地化测试标准与端到端流程（多语言UI验证、文化适配验证、本地法规验证等） 6.搭建海外测试基础设施（远程实车测试、云测试环境、自动化测试框架等），从规划建设到持续运营全程负责 7.推动测试自动化建设，提升回归测试效率与覆盖率

1.5年以上软件测试经验，其中3年以上车载软件测试端到端管理经验 2.主导过至少1个海外车型座舱软件从0到1的完整测试交付 3.备端到端管理思维，能从测试策略贯穿到交付验收全流程 4.有海外测试供应商管理与优化经验 5.熟悉车载软件测试方法论（黑盒/白盒/灰盒、HIL/SIL/VIL等） 6.有测试自动化框架搭建经验（Appium/UIAutomator/自有框架等） 7.了解海外法规对测试的影响（GDPR合规测试、数据本地化验证等） 8.优秀的跨时区、跨文化团队协调能力，英语可作为工作语言
