1.负责整车控制/ADAS/HMI等系统软件质量控制；根据项目主计划，结合项目软件开发验证计划，策划软件质量活动，并协调相关方资源开展质量活动，对质量活动过程实施管控，提升软件质量成熟度，并对软件质量结果负责； 2.负责识别整车控制/ADAS/HMI等系统软件开发过程的质量风险，并对识别到的风险进行整体管控，推进项目组/专业领域进行风险规避及解决； 3.负责整车控制/ADAS/HMI等系统领域内质量问题管控，推进专业领域进行问题闭环；对于影响目标达成的重点问题，拉动相关资源进行推进解决关闭； 4.负责整车控制/ADAS/HMI等系统质量关键活动策划及实施，如功能需求、定义评审，系统间质量专项，历史问题规避等； 5.参与整车控制/ADAS/HMI等系统专项质量评价，协同质量工程共同建立质量评价标准； 6.参与整车控制/ADAS/HMI等系统重要问题大数据预警建模、及过程风险管控。

1.全日制本科及以上学历，汽车、机械、电子电器等相关方向； 2.整车项目整车控制/ADAS/HMI系统设计开发、或整车软件质量管理等工作经验5年以上； 3.独立负责整车领域2个及以上整车项目开发经历、具备软件质量评价能力优先； 4.具备较强的沟通和统筹协调能力； 5.具备较强的产品质量意识，良好的表达力、沟通能力、分析判断能力； 6.英语水平良好，能够开展日常英文工作。
