【人形机器人】硬件项目经理 职位描述 1、全盘统筹：负责人形机器人硬件本体（涵盖结构件、关节模组、传感器、电池系统、主控硬件、灵巧手等）的全生命周期项目管理。 2、敏捷迭代：协同机械、电气、嵌入式、测试、控制等团队，制定研发计划，推动软硬件联合调试与硬件高质量交付。熟悉硬件开发全流程，推动EVT/DVT/PVT、Design Review、ECR、NPI等关键环节有序开展； 3、风险攻坚：深入理解业务场景，识别技术瓶颈与跨部门协作风险，制定预案并快速解决突发问题。 4、效能提升：搭建并优化适合机器人研发的开发流程，持续完善项目管理体系，包括立项、执行、监控、验收等流程优化，提升团队整体工程化交付效率。 5、收集项目数据，分析并定期进行回归总结，以评估项目效果，及支持决策活动。 6、引入和推广适合团队的优秀实践，与团队其他负责人协同推进整体研发效率的提升，提高技术交付和落地的整体成功率。

职位要求 1、专业能力（懂行） ● 统招本科及以上学历，3年以上机器人/自动驾驶/智能硬件软件PM或研发经验。 ● 熟悉高扭矩电机、六维力传感器、主控单元等核心模块。 ● 对前沿技术敏感，理解人形机器人硬件系统，或具有汽车、手机等相关开发经验和落地项目经验。 2、交付能力（拿结果） ● 具备极强的软硬件协同攻坚能力，能解决复杂的跨界交付难题，能在高不确定性下推动“软硬耦合”难题（如步态算法与硬件匹配）的快速闭环。 ● 拥有从0到1的复杂系统量产交付经验，能在资源受限、高度不确定性的探索期保障项目按时闭环。 ● 具备优秀的供应链敏锐度，能在保质保量的前提下严控成本与周期。 3、影响力（带团队） ● 无授权领导力：极佳的跨部门沟通与“无授权领导力”，能打破“算法-软件-硬件”部门墙，凝聚团队共识。 ● 向上与向外：具备优秀的向上管理能力，能将公司战略转化为研发目标，并为团队争取资源；能对外代表公司与核心供应商进行深度技术谈判。 4、拥有PMP、ACP或Scrum Master认证者优先。 5、曾主导过双足人形、四足机器狗、机械臂、整车硬件的量产落地项目者（TPM/DRE）优先。 6、具备软硬复合背景，了解ROS系统或具身智能大模型（VLA）对硬件需求者优先。
