1.业务风险自检与改善： 作为负责人针对智能汽车群组，选题并执行业务自检与改善专项,项目覆盖研/产/供/销单个或多个组织与业务流程,通过审核识别问题/风险,输出改善建议及方案,挽回损失并促进群组业务管理质量提升。代表项目组于群组专题会汇报。 2.精益运营管理： 从精益研发、精益生产、精益供应、精益销售等全价值链视角出发,识别成本浪费与效率瓶颈,协同相关团队推动流程优化、资源整合与降本提效项目的落地,助力业务经营目标的达成。 3.部门流程机制： 参与群组业务自检与持续改善机制建设,沉淀最佳实践至流程说明书中,形成"识别一整改一闭环一提升"的良性循环。 4.部门AI建设： 通过AIcoding参与部门工作平台、知识库数智化建设,将专项执行过程中的优秀经验skill化,实现提效与样本量扩展。

职位要求 1.全日制统招本科及以上学历,机械、财务、审计、工业工程或相关专业优先; 2.5~10年主机厂或制造业研、产、供、销领域内审、精益改善相关工作经验,特别优秀者可适当放宽年限要求; 3.熟悉精益管理理念与方法,能从研发、生产、供应、销售等环节识别降本提效机会并推动落地; 4.跨部门沟通协调能力强,工作思路清晰,善于整合资源、统合综效; 5.为人正直、处事公平,具备较强的经营意识与主人翁精神。
