1.政府关系维护： 负责与北京市、区级政府相关部门（如两办、发改、经信、科技、商务等）建立并保持良好的常态化沟通与合作关系； 2.政策研究与解读： 及时跟踪、研判和解读新能源汽车产业、人工智能及智能制造相关的宏观政策与法规，为公司业务发展提供政策应对建议和战略支持； 3.项目申报与落地： 协助推进与北京市的政企项目合作，主导国家级、市级重大产业项目的申报、奖项评选及相关优惠政策、补贴的获取与跟进； 4.专项接待与公文撰写： 协调处理政府领导视察、调研接待等专项工作，负责起草政府对外的各类报告、公文函件、项目方案等核心文字材料； 5.危机与舆情协同： 配合品牌公关部门，深化与主流央媒、行业权威媒体的合作；在面临产品质量、安全事故等突发事件时，协同处理政府端的沟通与危机化解。

1.教育背景： 全日制本科及以上学历，汽车工程、人工智能、公共管理、法学、新闻学等相关专业优先； 2.经验要求： 5-8年以上大型企业（车企、互联网、科技制造业优先）政府事务、科技项目管理工作经验，或具备相关政府机构、行业协会工作背景； 3.核心能力： 熟悉政府部门运作逻辑和办事流程，具备优秀的公关社交能力和突发事件应对能力； 具备扎实的文字功底和项目策划能力，能独立撰写高质量的政府公文、汇报材料及政策分析报告； 具备高度的政策敏感性，对新能源汽车行业和未来产业有深入理解。 4.综合素质： 形象气质佳，处事得体大方；性格开朗，抗压能力强。
