1、负责车辆动力域和车身域的功能安全概念阶段和系统阶段的开发活动，深度参与系统开发，提供可落地的功能安全技术方案； 2、负责系统和软件开发阶段的安全分析，交付FTA，FMEA，DFA分析报告，并提出对系统及软件架构设计的安全要求； 3、深度参与功能安全相关的软、硬件开发，组织安全相关的分析与讨论，并协助进行功能安全验证和确认； 4、负责功能安全相关问题的数据分析，并推进相关问题解决； 5、支持完善和优化功能安全流程体系建设。

1、大学本科或以上学历，汽车电子、计算机、软件工程、自动化、车辆工程相关专业，5年以上汽车功能安全开发经验，熟悉汽车电子电器架构，熟悉动力域、底盘域、车身域中至少一个功能域的系统工作原理及软硬件架构； 2、熟练掌握ISO26262标准，熟悉汽车电子软件开发流程（如ASPICE），熟练使用CANoe, CANape，INCA等标定测试工具； 3、熟悉动力域、车身域或底盘域的功能安全工程实践，具备系统化的安全分析能力（FTA，FMEA，DFA等）、安全机制开发、安全架构设计及安全验证方案设计的能力； 4、自驱力强，责任心强、认真严谨、具有良好的团队协作、组织和沟通、归纳总结能力，具备阅读全英文技术资料和用英语进行流畅的技术讨论的能力； 5、有完整的ASIL C~D产品开发量产经验者优先； 6、有多域融合一体化控制、扭矩矢量控制安全开发经验者优先； 7、有软件安全开发量产项目经验者优先； 8、熟悉主流芯片安全应用者优先； 8、有欧洲及中东功能安全出海项目经验者优先；
