岗位职责 负责理想汽车官方线上渠道（官网/App/小程序等）的线索转化全链路的产品设计与迭代，对线索获取效率、线索有效率等核心指标负责。 主导选车、下单、支付、交付等核心交易链路的产品规划与迭代，深入理解用户购车决策流程，设计高效流畅的交易工具与产品方案，对购车转化率和用户体验负责。 搭建线索与交易环节的数据监控与增长体系，通过数据分析和用户洞察持续优化产品，提升全链路漏斗转化效率。探索AI能力在销售线索经营、客户转化、销售过程管理、私域触达等场景中的应用机会，推动相关产品方案的设计与落地。 制定官方渠道线索转化产品的中长期规划与 roadmap，洞察行业趋势与用户需求，持续迭代产品策略，打造行业领先的汽车销售数字化产品能力。 协同获客、销售、技术、设计、等多团队，高效推进跨部门项目，保障线索流转与交易体验的稳定顺畅。

任职要求 基本条件 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术、市场营销、商业分析等相关专业优先。 8年以上互联网产品经验，其中至少3年以上汽车/电商/本地生活/金融等高客单价、重决策领域的线索转化、交易或增长产品经验。 有从0到1搭建用户分层、画像体系或转化产品的成功案例，可量化展示转化效果的提升（如线索有效率提升、到店率提升、转化率提升等）。 专业能力 深刻理解高客单价行业的用户决策链路与销售转化逻辑，熟悉线索全生命周期运营、私域触达、销售过程管理等场景。 极强的数据驱动能力，逻辑清晰，能从数据中发现问题和机会，推动产品持续迭代。 优秀的跨团队沟通与项目推动能力，能在矩阵型组织中高效协同多个业务方达成共识与目标。 结果导向，具备战略视野与落地能力，能够将中长期规划拆解为可执行的阶段性目标并推动交付。
