1、声学系统架构设计：负责 AI 眼镜整体声学架构（如开放式定向声场、微型扬声器/微动圈、骨传导或声学缝隙设计）的方案规划、仿真与性能调优。 2、音质与私密性平衡攻坚：主导声学核心指标（频响、失真、最大声压级）的设计与优化，攻克开放式声学方案中的“漏音抑制（隐私保护）”与“环境噪声降噪（ENC）”技术壁垒。 3、软硬件协同调优：协同算法团队调试麦克风阵列（用于语音唤醒、拾音）及扬声器的 DSP/EQ 算法，优化端到端语音交互体验与通话质量。 4、供应链与可靠性管理：负责声学元器件（喇叭、MIC、声学后腔模组）的选型、性能测试规范制定、供应商联合调试，以及防水、防汗、防尘等可靠性验证。

学历背景：统招本科及以上学历，声学、通信工程、信号处理、物理等相关专业。 工作经验：3年以上声学研发经验，有 TWS 耳机、智能眼镜、智能音频穿戴设备或高端微型声学系统成功量产项目经验者优先。 专业技能： 精通电声学基础理论、扬声器/麦克风工作原理及声学仿真软件（如 COMSOL, ANSYS Sound, MATLAB）。 熟悉智能眼镜/开放式耳机特有的声学腔体设计、防漏音结构设计及整机声学测试设备（如 HEAD acoustics / B&K 测试系统）。 具备主观听音评判能力，能够敏锐分辨微小音质差异、频响缺陷及漏音异常，并能将主观感受快速转化为客观调试方案。 了解音频信号处理（DSP/AGC/EQ/ENC 算法）的基本原理及软硬件耦合调试流程。 综合素养：极佳的跨部门沟通能力，能与结构（MD）团队紧密配合在极小空间内优化声学腔体与防水透气膜设计。
