1、全面负责公司智造与产研采购团队的管理与建设工作，领导团队完成设备产线类采购及供应商管理工作，涵盖整车四大工艺（冲压、涂装、焊接、总装）及核心零部件工艺（发动机、电驱、碳化硅），以及研发测试设备、研发专业服务、MRO等相关品类的采购与供应商管理； 2、带领团队定期分析采购市场行情，掌握供应渠道及市场变化，统筹采购价格控制与成本优化，确保各项采购指标的达成； 3、指导并管理团队执行所负责品类及项目的“寻源到付款”（Source to Pay）全流程，推动跨部门协同，整合采购需求，提升采购效能与成本控制水平； 4、负责团队目标分解、任务分配与绩效管理，提升团队专业能力与协作效率，建立高效的采购组织。

1、本科及以上学历，10年以上工作经验，5年以上采购管理经验，其中至少3年以上采购团队管理经验，具备主机厂或大型制造企业研发或制造相关采购背景，拥有成熟的供应商资源与渠道； 2、具备供应商寻源、招标/询价、交付验收及供应商绩效管理等全流程管理经验，能够带领团队高效完成采购任务； 3、具备优秀的业务统筹与团队管理能力，能够制定并推动品类采购策略与流程，包括需求整合、采购模式确定、供应商布局与管理等，实现采购目标； 4、拥有出色的沟通、谈判及逻辑分析能力，善于团队管理与跨部门协作，具备良好的团队领导力和人才培养意识； 5、工作积极主动，责任心强，具备优秀的团队合作精神与管理视野，能够有效激发团队潜力； 6、能够接受理想汽车总部（顺义区文良街11号）办公，并适应出差安排。
