职位描述 1.负责前期外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件系统预研、对标等分析工作，完成前期方案制定； 2.负责外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件系统配置定义分析、造型分析、断面制作、BOM编制、软件功能逻辑编制、3D/2D数据制作及PDM录入； 3.负责编制外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件产品技术要求、协助采购完成供应商定点、签订技术开发协议、零部件级开发计划； 4.负责确认供应商开模方案、检具方案，编制DVP文件，完成零部件OTS认可、ESO认可，完成零部件试装及试验中的TIR/BIR、AUDIT等问题的整改，跟踪零部件设计变更进度、及对变更件的进行认可； 5.负责外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件系统轻量化、降本、价值提升及后期整改等工作； 6.负责外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件系统的技术积累、前沿技术跟踪和前瞻开发； 7.负责编制/修订外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件系统的技术标准、设计规范、SSTS、DVP、DFMEA、开发流程等技术文件； 8.配合采购、成本等职能部门进行产品经济性分析。

1.全日制本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械等相关专业; 2.大学英语CET-4级或以上，有良好的英语口语及书写能力; 3.熟悉外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件相关零部件的最新技术和相关法规的要求，并熟练掌握相关产品标准； 4.从事外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件或开发工作5年以上，熟悉整车开发流程，具有2个以上车型项目开发经验，具有系统规划和设计能力; 5.熟悉外后视镜、主动进气格栅等空气动力学套件系统相关零件的材料、加工工艺; 6.熟练掌握汽车研发设计相关软件，能够制作3D和2D数据，能够熟练运用office办公软件; 7.良好的团队合作精神，严密的逻辑思维能力，较强的责任心以及高效沟通能力。
