1. 主导机器视觉项目的全周期开发与产线成功落地，负责核心算法研发、系统集成、部署实施与持续优化； 2. 面向产线实际应用场景，设计并实现高效的视觉后处理算法，以支持工人动作及设备状态等过程质量的实时识别与分析； 3. 基于深度学习（如YOLO等）持续优化目标检测、动作识别等模型，提升算法精度与系统鲁棒性；负责机器视觉应用系统的部署、验证与持续优化，确保系统在实际产线环境中的高效、稳定运行； 4. 跟踪机器视觉与人工智能（如多模态大模型等）前沿技术动态，探索其在智能制造中的应用潜力，并推动新技术在产线环境的验证与应用； 5. 协同跨部门团队，参与或主导制定创新性数字化解决方案，为产线智能化升级提供核心技术支持与专业指导。

1. 全日制硕士及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、人工智能、计算机、图像处理等相关专业； 2. 具备扎实的图像处理和机器视觉算法基础，对目标检测、图像分类、图像分割等常用算法原理有深入理解； 3. 精通Python编程语言，熟练掌握至少一种主流深度学习框架（如PyTorch, TensorFlow），并具备相关项目开发经验；有大模型（如Transformer、VLM）研发或应用经验者优先； 4. 熟悉Docker容器化技术及MQTT等工业通讯协议，并有实际应用经验；具备独立完成算法模型容器化封装与生产环境部署的能力； 5. 具备三年以上工业自动化和质量检测等相关机器视觉领域工作经验，曾独立负责并成功交付至少一个完整项目； 6. 具备强烈的技术探索精神，能主动跟踪并学习机器视觉、人工智能及大型模型等领域的前沿技术。
