The posting

1. 根据研发开发细节信息输入，负责开闭件（天窗，门锁，前后盖锁，撑杆，玻璃升降器，铰链等）成本及开发费的核算及控制工作，参与和支持项目各阶段的零件目标制定，下发和达成 2. 负责零件成本核算相关的数据库，做好行业竞争力水平洞察及感知，建立零件成本核算基线； 3. 熟悉汽车开闭件冲压、焊接、装配及表面处理工艺，掌握汽车零部件的技术方案以及成本构成； 4. 对接研发澄清零件技术方案，能够按照零件BOM从人、机、料、法、环的维度搭建成本核算模型，计算零部件成本，构建公司成本行业竞争力； 5. 熟练运用相关分析工具，搭建成本模型，对负责汽车开闭件进行成本分析，并做好和供应商报价的差异分析，指出报价问题点，发掘商务优化潜力，撰写高质量零部件成本和模具分析报告，为商务谈判、成本优化和项目定点决策提供必要支持； 6. 做好竞品车型技术方案和成本对标，研究降本潜力，持续实现零件成本优化，支持公司年度盈利指标的实现； 7. 持续跟踪汽车开闭件各类新型制造工艺（如轻量化材料应用、一体化冲压、激光焊接等）最新进展，牵引中长期成本规划目标达成。

教育背景 1. 全日制本科及以上学历 2. 电子电器、材料、新能源技术、车辆工程、财务管理等相关专业 3. 有汽车行业研发费用控制或者成本相关岗位经历者优先

工作经验 1. 5年以上工作经验 2. 具备开闭件或车身结构件成本核算经验者优先

能力素质 1. 有较好的逻辑思维能力，数据分析能力和较强的解决问题的能力 2. 具有良好的团队协作和独立工作能力 3. 具有良好的沟通和协调能力

专业知识 1. 熟悉开闭件产品结构和技术要求 2.了解冲压、焊接、涂装等生产工艺及成本构成 3. 掌握模具成本核算方法 4. 熟悉轻量化材料（铝合金、碳纤维、复合材料）应用及成本特性
