1. 制定海外保修政策和保修业务流程，编写保修规范，并确保以上内容可实施； 2. 对海外保修项目、保修范围给与合理的确认，确保各方的实际利益； 3. 对海外服务网点的保修业务，如申请、旧件审计、保修结算等能顺利推进； 4. 对海外门店提供保修业务支持，协调各部门，协助门店处理工作中遇到的系统、流程，支持等瓶颈； 5. 对海外服务网点相关保修业务人员进行培训，确保此业务人员顺利推进工作； 6. 检核海外门店保修指标，监督各门店的指标达成情况以及跟踪其改进情况； 7. 如有需要，对海外门店进行走访和保修审计； 8. 与数字化部门强沟通，搭建海外保修系统，并对海外门店开展保修系统培训；

1. 本科及以上学历，车辆及机械相关专业，5年以上主机厂海外保修及相关工作经验； 2. 英语CET-4级以上，能熟练口语沟通，精通office等常用办公软件； 3. 工作积极主动，具备较强的抗压能力、学习能力、团队精神，并以结果为导向； 4. 具有严谨的逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通、协调、组织、策划能力，有较强的应变能力，语言表达能力。
