1.搭建并完善自动驾驶研发全流程质量管理体系，涵盖需求、算法开发、数据处理、仿真测试、实车验证等关键环节，制定清晰质量标准、流程规范及考核指标 2.主导开发过程中的质量监控与风险识别，针对感知算法精度、决策逻辑合理性、控制执行稳定性等核心维度建立专项质量评估模型，定期输出质量分析报告 3.推动研发阶段质量问题的闭环管理，组织跨部门质量评审会议，跟踪问题整改进度，验证解决方案有效性，形成质量改进案例库。 4.设计并优化自动驾驶研发阶段的测试策略与质量gate，包括仿真测试用例覆盖率、实车测试场景完备性、极端工况验证充分性等，确保产品从研发到量产的质量延续性 5.引入行业先进的质量管理方法与工具（如6sigma、FMEA、SPC、A-SPICE等），结合自动驾驶技术特性进行定制化应用，提升团队整体质量意识与管理水平

1.本科及以上学历，计算机/自动化/车辆工程/电子信息等相关专业，5年以上自动驾驶或智能驾驶相关领域研发经验/研发质量管理经验 2.精通自动驾驶核心技术模块（感知、决策、控制）的研发流程与质量控制点，熟悉仿真测试、实车测试、数据标注等环节的质量评估方法 3.具备扎实的质量管理理论基础，有成功主导研发质量管理体系搭建或重大质量改进项目的经验，持有6sigma绿带/黑带、注册质量工程师等证书者优先 4.拥有良好的跨部门沟通协调能力与问题解决能力，能在复杂技术环境中推动质量改进措施落地，具备团队管理经验者优先 5.了解自动驾驶相关行业标准与法规（如ISO26262、SAEJ3061等），熟悉功能安全、预期功能安全（SOTIF）在研发阶段的质量应用要求 6.具备敏锐的风险洞察力与严谨的逻辑思维，对新技术、新方法保持高敏感性，能快速使用自动驾驶行业的快速发展节奏。
