1. 负责品牌设计核心重点项目的全流程管理，通过引入AI工具提升创意效率、设计产能与交付质量的案例优先。 2. 把控公司内各部门和渠道关于品牌传播的物料需求，合理分配及安排设计师具体分工，并把控、管理项目进度；搭建设计的AI工作流体系（如：AI创意生成、素材生产、自动化适配、多渠道分发）的案例优先。 3. 统筹管理品牌设计所有官方视频及图片素材，维护管理各传播渠道素材需求，支持分发与使用。通过引入视觉资产的AI化管理（素材库、风格模型、生成规范）的案例优先。 4. 建立设计团队的AI能力体系（工具培训、方法论沉淀、流程升级）。 5. 监管公司内部各部门设计制作的传播物料品质，把控落地效果。 6. 根据业务目标洞察市场和用户，与内部团队及外部团队高效配合协同，主动推进项目进展，达成业务目标。

1. 3-5年品牌设计 / 广告创意 / 市场传播等经验。 2. 具备较强的AIGC实战经验，能够将AI工具真正应用到实际项目中。熟练掌握AI工具，能结合业务需求生成创新视觉和AI模型，有模型工作流及作品案例优先。 3. 具备成熟的品牌思维、审美能力与商业判断力。
