1. 负责新产品的造型方案工程可行性分析工作，支持内外造型的发布工作； 2. 负责车门系统性能目标设定，并完成车门钣金系统的开发工作，包括总体方案设计、结构布置、零部件选型、断面设计、3D数据、2D图纸开发； 3. 负责系统零部件开发方案与开发计划制定，SOR编制，供应商的技术交流，配合采购完成供应商定点； 4. 负责分管供应商开发过程管控，跟踪供应商开发进度及提交开发相关技术材料审核，跟踪零件试制、试装、试验中相关问题，并制定整改措施和改进计划，完成ESO认可； 5. 负责车门系统各类阀点交付技术文件编写； 6. 负责项目整个生命周期内车门系统零件的开发、造车、试验、售后等问题解决； 7. 负责车门系统相关的对标、新技术研究和积累； 8. 负责车门系统相关的设计开发体系文件的编写，丰富所属系统的知识库。

1. 全日制本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械等相关专业； 2. 大学英语CET-4级或以上，有良好的英语口语及书写能力； 3. 行业内主流主机厂工作经验，至少有2个（及以上）整车项目开发经验（主负责人，概念设计到SOP后三个月）） 4. 熟悉各类车门系统结构，精通车门系统结构布置，及相关零件的功能、性能、材料和加工工艺；熟悉开车门系统相关零部件的最新技术和相关法规的要求，并熟练掌握相关产品标准； 5. 熟悉开闭件钣金工艺及整车制造四大工艺； 6. 具备责任心，拥有良好的团队精神、协调能力、沟通能力及专业指导能力； 7. 具备解决重大质量问题的经验和能力； 8. 熟练运用Catia(GSD模块、DMU模块）。
