1.直营体系满意度管理与体验提升，统筹搭建直营服务中心的客户满意度管理体系。 2.基于客户满意度数据、投诉数据及门店调研，识别服务体验的核心痛点，输出根因分析报告并为门店提供解决方案。 3.业务流程标准化与持续改善，提升门店运营效率。持续更新直营服务中心运营标准手册（SOP），覆盖服务接待、维修交付、客诉处理等全触点，通过流程标准化减少冗余环节，压缩单工单平均处理时长，提升门店人效与工位利用率。 4.基于流程优化及门店实际业务场景，梳理并提出业务系统的优化需求，配合产研团队完成需求立项、BRD输出及上线验收，确保系统功能切实解决门店业务痛点。 5. 跨部门协同与项目落地，对接技术、零件、市场等横向部门，统筹协调总部政策及项目在直营门店的业务落地与执行监督。

1.本科及以上学历。 2.8年以上门店运营管理工作经验，其中至少5年以上汽车服务行业门店工作经历，有区域、多门店管理经验更优。 3.熟悉直营门店运营全流程（服务接待、维修管理、客诉处理等），具备标准化体系搭建与落地经验。 4.具备较强的数据敏感度与流程优化能力，能通过运营数据分析识别效率瓶颈，并转化为可落地的改善方案。 5.出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能有效推动技术、零件等横向部门资源协同解决门店问题。 6.有汽车主机厂或直营体系总部工作经验
