职位描述 负责新产品造型方案工程可行性分析工作，支持内外造型的发布工作； 负责滑门系统(滑门钣金、铰链、导轨等约束系统)的设计开发验证、技术路线制定和项目业务目标的达成，以及专业知识体系、技术创新的积累沉淀； 负责滑门系统性能目标设定，并完成滑门钣金、铰链、导轨等约束系统的布置及开发工作，包括总体方案设计、结构布置、零部件选型、断面设计、3D数据、2D图纸开发； 负责滑门系统相关零部件开发方案与开发计划制定，SOR编制，供应商技术交流，配合采购完成供应商定点； 负责分管供应商开发过程管控，跟踪供应商开发进度及提交开发相关技术材料审核，跟踪零件试制、试装、试验中相关问题，并制定整改措施和改进计划，完成ESO认可； 负责滑门系统相关零部件各类阀点交付技术文件编写； 负责滑门系统相关零部件整个生命周期内的开发、造车、试验、售后等问题解决； 负责滑门系统相关零部件的对标、新技术研究和积累，提升客户感知质量； 负责滑门系统相关零部件的设计开发指导手册的编写，丰富所属系统的知识库。

职位要求 学历与专业：全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程等相关专业； 工作经验：5年以上汽车行业滑门钣金、铰链、导轨等约束系统或相关领域工作经验，具备丰富的复杂项目开发成功案例，至少有2个（及以上）整车项目开发经验（主负责人，概念设计到SOP后三个月））。 技能要求： 熟练掌握各类滑门系统结构，精通滑门钣金、铰链、导轨等约束系统的设计、开发、验证全流程； 熟练掌握滑门系统机械原理，能够对运动机构进行运动学分析； 对新型开启方式、新材料、新工艺有一定了解，具备将新技术应用于产品开发的能力； 熟悉滑门系统相关零部件的最新技术和相关法规的要求，并熟练掌握相关产品标准； 熟练掌握项目管理工具和方法，具备出色的项目管理能力和风险控制能力。 能力素质：拥有敏锐的技术洞察力和创新思维，能够快速捕捉行业技术发展趋势，提出创新性的解决方案；具备出色的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力，能够与供应商、团队成员进行高效沟通和合作；具备强大的问题解决能力和抗压能力，能够在复杂的环境中迅速解决技术难题和应对各种挑战。 行业影响力：在汽车行业知名期刊或会议上发表过高质量学术论文，或拥有多项与滑门系统相关技术专利的优先；曾获得行业内重要技术奖项或荣誉，在行业内具有较高的知名度和影响力的优先。
