1. 主导关节电机（伺服电驱）的电路硬件方案设计，完成参数计算与优化、完成器件选型及PCB布局工作；负责覆盖全功率范围的关节模组控制板Layout工作； 2. 针对数百安培的功率路径，进行母线、厚铜箔、多层叠层等特殊设计，精确计算通流能力、压降与焦耳热效应； 3. 设计与优化电机驱动（如MOSFET、栅极驱动）、电流采样等关键电路的布局，以最小化寄生参数，确保系统稳定性和效率； 4. 处理数字信号（如ARM/MCU、通信总线）和模拟信号（如编码器、采样电路）的完整性，进行阻抗匹配与控制； 5. 从布局阶段即导入EMC/EMI设计规范，采取有效措施（如屏蔽、分割、滤波）确保产品通过严格的电磁兼容测试； 6. 进行热仿真分析，优化大功率器件的散热路径，包括散热孔、铜皮面积及与外壳的导热设计； 7. 建立并维护公司统一的PCB封装库，确保所有封装（特别是大功率器件、新型连接器）的准确性和规范性； 8. 制定并推行库管理规范，为团队其他成员提供技术支持与审核； 9. 与PCB板厂进行技术沟通，确定叠层结构、工艺参数（如铜厚、孔铜）、阻抗控制等； 10. 与SMT工厂紧密合作，提供精准的装配图、钢网文件、坐标文件，并解决DFM（可制造性设计）和DFA（可装配性设计）相关问题； 11. 支持生产及测试团队，分析与解决试产及量产中出现的PCB相关工艺问题； 12. 与硬件工程师、结构工程师紧密协作，在布局初期介入，共同评估方案可行性，实现最优的机电一体化设计。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子信息、自动化、机械电子、机器人工程等相关专业； 2. 3年以上PCB Layout专职工作经验，必须具备大功率电机驱动器、伺服驱动器、工业变频器或类似大功率电源产品成功量产的Layout经验； 3. 精通至少一款主流EDA设计工具，如 Altium Designer、Cadence Allegro、PADS 等； 4. 深刻理解大电流布局设计要点，熟悉安全间距、通流能力计算、热设计等； 5. 熟悉高速数字电路设计规则，了解信号完整性、电源完整性的基本理论与设计方法； 6. 具备丰富的EMC/EMI设计知识及实战经验； 7. 有严格的封装库建立和管理经验，注重细节和流程规范； 8. 了解PCB及SMT生产工艺流程，能够独立完成生产文件输出与校验； 9. 具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
