1. 指导团队跟进、发展、维护用户关系，配合管理团队达成零售店的销售目标并不断提升团队业绩达成; 2. 带领团队创造出色的用户体验，并不断提升零售中心用户服务满意度; 3. 维持与合作伙伴的良好关系，与交付和售后团队合作解决用户疑虑，提供管理团队改进工作的建议和反馈; 4. 负责零售中心日常运营，安排人员的班次、管理休假和考勤，管理试驾车辆和试驾预约，执行视觉陈列标准和后区标准，保证库存充足和库房安全，管理店面资产的报修、申请、退换、核销等，对于紧急事件进行处理和上报; 5. 组建高效团队，给予团队成员及时有效的反馈，针对工作表现提供辅导，促进个人成长和发展; 6. 友善并且热情的接待到店用户, 给予用户准确的指引和服务; 7. 掌握公司及产品的最新知识，提供个性化的演示和讲解服务，珍视用户提出的每一个问题并找到答案; 8. 建立用户的信心并鼓励用户体验试乘试驾，分享产品的使用真实感受; 9. 积极发现和收集用户需求，提供适合用户的完整购买方案; 10. 维持零售中心视觉陈列标准和后区标准，维护展车，展具和零售店整体环境。

1. 本科及以上学历，具备驾驶汽车的资格，熟练掌握驾驶技能; 2. 3年以上行业经历或零售背景，具备管理团队的经验，有一定的领导能力; 3. 渴望了解我们的技术和产品，愿意了解并贯彻品牌服务理念; 4. 具备强大的沟通技能，能够将公司愿景清晰准确的分享给所管理的团队; 5. 切实有能力促成积极的用户体验，以建立忠诚度并提供可以衡量的结果; 6. 能够培养和发展人才，针对团队工作表现进行有效的反馈和及时的帮助; 7. 具备商务拓展能力，并保持与第三方的良好合作关系; 8. 能够在复杂多变的环境中，根据门店及公司发展的需求，制定有效的计划并通过协作达成目标。
