1、负责总装车间设备电气方面的各类维护计划制定和落实； 2、负责总装车间设备问题的抢修，并跟踪问题的有效解决，确保MTTR的不断降低； 3、负责对现场维修和生产人员进行设备维护管理培训和技术支持； 4、负责总装车间生产设备的备品、备件统计和到货计划制定，配合设备工程师进行采购，确保备件的有效落地； 5、检查并监督文件的执行情况，落实相应的整改措施； 6、负责总装车间设备电气方面的图纸、程序、资料和维护手册等资料的管理 7、负责提高总装设备系统的稳定性和可靠性； 8、确保生产设备的安全运行，对维修工的工作进行协调； 9、负责新项目设备要求输入、技改项目的实施和现场安调及过程验收； 10、及时完成上级交办的其他工作。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械、电气及自动化等相关专业优先; 2. 具有敏锐的判断能力、良好的沟通协调能力。
