1、负责车载仪表及娱乐系统项目交付工作，包括需求收集，合理评估开发计划，协调开发资源，监控开发监督，进行风险预警和问题跟进，改进项目管理方案，确保开发计划执行，保证交付质量； 2、负责不同硬件平台的软件版本交付，适配不同阶段硬件、按照装车节点提供满足相应功能完成率的软件版本，对内负责各个模块整体进度跟进，对外负责和整车基线沟通版本提交节点，拉齐版本计划，交付软件版本； 3、深刻理解所负责产品线，能发现研发过程和业务线流程中的问题并推动解决； 4、收集项目数据，分析并定期进行回归总结，以评估项目效果，及支持决策活动； 5、项目管理过程中，持续完善项目管理体系，包括立项、执行、监控、验收等流程优化； 6、引入和推广适合团队的优秀实践，与团队其他负责人协同推进整体研发效率的提升，提高技术交付和落地的整体成功率；

1、本科以上学历，3年以上项目管理工作经验； 2、具有良好的技术背景和技术素养，能高效地与技术人员沟通，具有安卓、Linux、MCU软件开发经验、项目管理经验或者智能设备硬件设计经验，有从产品规划到产品发布全流程的经验者优先； 3、熟悉常用项目管理工具和项目管理方法，具有较强的数据分析及项目统筹能力，具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协作能力； 4、具备优秀的项目控制力、执行力和风险管理能力；工作具备主动性，抗压能力和责任心强，具备不断学习和自我挑战的自驱力； 5、通过PMP考试者优先；
