1. 负责外饰功能饰件系统相关零件的前期预研和对标分析工作，完成前期方案选型与制定； 2. 负责外饰功能饰件系统的造型分析、断面分析、BOM编制、3D/2D数据制作及PDM系统录入； 3. 编制外饰功能饰件系统零件的SOR文件（包括技术要求、DVP和SCL文件等），与供应商进行技术交流（TR），协助采购完成供应商定点、签订技术开发协议，并制定零部件开发计划； 4. 确认供应商模具方案和检具方案，编制检查基准书，完成零部件ESO认可，主导零部件试装及试验过程中的TIR/BIR和AUDIT问题整改工作，包括售后问题的分析与解决，跟踪设计变更的进度，并完成变更件的ESO认可； 5. 推进外饰功能饰件系统零件的轻量化设计、成本优化、价值提升以及后期改进工作； 6. 负责外饰功能饰件系统零件的技术积累及前沿技术的研究与跟踪； 7. 编制或修订外饰功能饰件系统的技术标准、设计规范、SSTS、DVP、DFMEA及开发流程等相关技术文件。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、材料工程等相关专业背景； 2. 大学英语CET-4级或以上，有良好的英语口语和书写能力 3. 拥有5年以上外饰相关零件开发经验，熟悉整车开发流程，具有完整车型项目开发经验； 4. 熟悉掌握注塑或模压产品模具及相关知识，能够指导零件设计开发工作； 5. 熟练掌握汽车开发设计相关软件，能够独立完成3D和2D数据制作，熟练使用Office办公软件； 6. 熟悉汽车行业法规要求，掌握汽车产品开发流程，具备领域相关工作的特点及业务流程运作经验； 7. 拥有良好的团队合作精神，逻辑思维严密，责任心强，并具备高效的沟通能力
