1. 顶层规划与蓝图设计（智能化组织转型 变革牵引） 主导供应链数智化的顶层规划与共识；规划并推进数据治理全景图、治理目标与阶段性成果的蓝图设计；组织各领域数字化需求的年度识别、立项评审与结项评审，为 BT/IT/DT/AI 四大板块的投入方向与资源配置把脉。 2. 流程建设与运营（BT） 统筹供应链业务流程文件的撰写、迭代、发布与评审；推动业务流程建设目标的收集、建设情况追踪与流程评审会的常态化运作，建立可度量、可持续优化的流程运营体系，确保“业务规则”与“系统沉淀”一致。 3. 系统建设与深度集成（IT） 对需求分析、需求池管理、立项与结项评审、方案设计（BRD/PRD）、开发、测试、交付到运营的全生命周期负责；协调业务、产品、开发、数据多部门资源，确保项目按期高质量落地。 4. 数据治理与数据产品（DT） 按 Q/D/C 等领域建立供应域的数据标准、数据责任、质量校验与持续维护机制，建设高质量数据底座；搭建“业务需求—数据供给—业务调用—反馈优化”的数据产品与模型服务闭环，推进数仓交付与指标资产沉淀，让数据真正为业务决策与管理执行赋能。 5. AI 与 Agent 应用落地（AI） 承接“AI—系统”类需求，规划 AI 产品架构与落地路径；主导部分agent 数字化需求识别与立项、方案设计、开发与上线；关注 AI 前沿成果，为智能化组织变革持续引入可落地的新技术。

本科及以上学历（硕士优先），计算机、人工智能、供应链、工业工程等相关专业，具备 8 年以上 B 端数字化/供应链数字化领域经验，其中 3 年以上团队管理经验； 具备完整的“流程—系统—数据—AI”一体化规划与落地经验，主导过跨流程、跨部门的复杂数字化项目（如成本管理、数据治理、AI/agent 应用等）并取得可验证的业务成效； 深刻理解供应链业务流程（S&OP、成本、质量、采购等），既能深入业务逻辑进行梳理与牵引，又能站在平台与架构视角输出整体蓝图，具备“提出问题、牵引识别”的能力，而非仅承接需求； 熟悉数据治理方法论与数仓应用原理，熟悉 AI/大模型、NLP 等技术原理与工程化落地路径，能对数据与 AI 类项目的投入与产出做出专业判断； 具备出色的项目群管理能力，能同时驾驭多个高复杂度、高协同密度的专项，善于拆分任务、定义职责边界、识别并主动上升风险； 具备优异的跨团队沟通与领导力，逻辑严密、抗压能力强，符合团队“换位思考、专业严谨、主动积极”的行为准则，具备把项目当 Owner 去主动策划与运作的担当。
