1. 通过制定所管辖门店（含服务中心、直营钣喷、临时服务中心、授权钣喷中心）业绩指标及工作计划，并实施周度/月度跟进复盘，确保核心运营指标达成； 2. 通过建立门店满意度管理制度，定期召开满意度分析会并实施改善措施，确保门店满意度目标达成； 3. 作为所管辖门店投诉处理的第一责任人，通过实施投诉预警，及时响应，快速处理，闭环分析等相关措施确保投诉指标达成（投诉率，结案率等）； 4. 负责管辖门店人员招聘与团队组建，通过制定人员成长计划，并协调内外部资源对团队进行培训，提升团队服务能力； 5. 所管辖门店资产管理总负责人，通过组织建立门店台账并进行月度盘点工作，确保所有资产（零件、工具设备、工作车等）的安全性、完整性及可用性 6. .负责管辖门店预算编制、成本控制，通过月度预算及成本分析及改善对策，确保预算及费用目标达成 7. 负责应对地方政府职能部门检查，落实整改措施；建设及维护政府及其他领域的良好关系 8. 负责管辖门店其他日常事务管理，制定工作要求、工作目标及门店各项管理制度，指导、监督、检查门店各项工作及员工的工作完成情况 9. 负责汇总管辖门店运营盲点或风险点统计与分析，并反馈网络运营团队

1. 5年以上中高端品牌4S店从业经验，3年售后经理管理经验 2. 大专及以上学历、年龄35岁以下，C1及以上驾照，驾驶熟练 3. 可独立完成对所在城市的售后服务团队进行业务水平提升管理、外部商务谈判 4. 具备极强的用户服务意识、责任心强，并贯彻到日常工作中 5. 具有创新管理思维，组建高效团队的能力，能独立迅速地寻找解决问题的能力。
