  • 参与增程器控制相关算法、控制理论逻辑设计，协助完善系统软件策略；
  • 负责协调控制发动机及发电机的运行，包括起动、停机、发电、电平衡的标定开发工作；
  • 负责整车排放及油耗的标定开发；
  • 负责增程器及能量管理实车功能验证，实车测试问题分析定位；
  • 解读国家法规，支持车型公告；
  • 参与高热、高寒及高原标定；
  • 从事算法创新和新功能标定。
  • 研究生及以上学历 ，8年以上工作经验；
  • 一流企业一线品牌任职经历；
  • 工作地点base北京；
  • 熟练掌握发动机、发电机、电池、汽车理论；
  • 熟悉国家排放法规；
  • 熟悉发动机EMS标定及控制，具有汽油发动机的标定经验；
  • 熟悉车辆动力学，能参与进行建模和仿真，能对车辆能耗进行调查分析；
  • 能熟练驾驶车辆，具有整车排放、冷启动、能量管理及环境适应性标定经验；
  • 能熟练使用INCA、Matlab、CANoe等标定工具。
