一、 对内：体系搭建、控制与提效 1. 流动性前置预警：搭建 12个月滚动现金流预测与压力测试模型，前置识别风险缺口，输出匹配的业务及资金管理应对方案。 2. 资本结构约束：测算最优 WACC 与杠杆区间，制定3年中长期全球投、融资方向及组合策略；对各项重大融资及资金方案做事前财务推演与事后效益评价。 二、 对外：研判、对标与资源评估 1. 市场研判指示：监测利率、汇率及信贷政策，输出最佳融资/提款窗口期研判与成本定价底线。 2. 同业对标：建立同行 Peer 资本结构与周转周期（CCC）数据库，定期输出竞品分析报告，识别资本结构及流动性优化机会点。 3. 银行能力评价：建立合作银行量化评估体系，为合作行准入、业务额度分配提供数据依据。

任职要求 1. 工作经验：10年以上资金管理经验，其中5年以上大型高端制造企业或集团总部资金中台/资金分析管理经验。 2. 核心能力： - 精通集团资金规划、现金管理、跨境调拨及各类融资工具； - 具备从0到1搭建流动性预测模型及风险防控体系的成功实践； - 具备强悍的数据建模与宏观/金融市场洞察力，能“透视数据看业务本质”； - 具备主导同业对标、TMS资金系统建设及处理复杂多体系协调的实战经历。 3. 学历资质：本科及以上（财务/金融/经济/统计类），持 CFA / CTP / CPA / ACCA 者优先。
