1.负责试制阶段检测文件编写，负责焊接、铆接、涂胶的检验，能够通过数模和图纸分析问题； 2.依据项目质量和质量工程要求，承担过程检验职责，挖掘试制阶段问题； 3.试制现场质量问题的及时响应，并能够独立分析和推动问题解决，重点问题及时升级； 4.协助质量工程师进行设计问题闭环管理； 5.负责试制质量文件编写及更新，协助试制质量系统搭建； 6.完成岗位目标和上级下达的其他任务。

1.大专及以上文化程度，车辆工程，机械类专业优先。 2.熟悉试制焊装车间产品工艺、质量管理等方面的专业知识； 3.具备常见质量问题的分析能力，熟悉5why，8D等问题分析工具并能实际运用； 4.熟悉office办公软件，具备较强的数据统计和分析能力；熟悉焊接工装设备及参数，精通焊接/铆接/涂胶工艺及测量设备使用和数据分析； 5.具备高度的责任意识，良好的人际沟通能力、问题解决能力、团队协作能力; 6.有整车测试及试验经验者优先。
