1. 着眼全球视野和行业趋势，拟定物流自动化模式（不限于自动化立库、AMR、无人叉车、移栽机等）、策略规划以及投资计划，并推动实施和迭代更新； 2. 搭建物流自动化技术标准、技术选型标准、与关联部门（工艺、土建）接口标准、项目管理标准，推动标准实施和迭代更新； 3. 基于业务现状分析，提出已有物流自动化技术改善点并推动实施，挖掘新技术试点、统筹推广新技术应用； 4. 制定工厂自动化项目计划，跟踪推动自动化项目预研，立项，招采，设计深化，设备制造，安装调试，验收等全生命周期项目管理；牵头新项目的准备和实施；不断研究并应用新技术新设备，推动数智物流实施； 5. 高效完成物流数智化方案设计，包括物流数据分析、流程设计、动线设计、布局规划、以及合理的设备选型，并可独立完成项目方案书的撰写及汇报； 6. 根据方案编写详细设备及技术协议和规划方案说明，并负责总结输出机械、电控、以及软件系统功能需求文档，协调后端资源进行项目交底； 7. 总结物流场景的标准化解决方案，利用2D及3D软件绘制输送分拣设备标准化及模块化设计模型；沉淀各类设备的标准化配置要求； 8. 主导物流的规划及落地，提供零部件从供应商出厂至线边的物流解决新方案，含入厂物流、厂内物流、系统规划、包装规划； 9. 构建准时、高效、经济的零部件供应的物流运作体系，设定指标并监控，确保零部件的有序供应，达成产量和成本目标。

1. 本科以上学历，10年以上自动化规划工作经验，有汽车/自动化/电商/互联网头部物流规划专家经验优先； 2. 专业能力： ① 5年以上仓储/分拨自动化方案规划经验，主导设计多个成功实施的仓储/分拨中心的售前解决方案； ② 熟悉汽车行业或电商先进的物流自动化、智慧物流规划思路及逻辑； ③ 熟悉精益物流管理理念，熟悉运输规划、物料计划或仓储及上线规划及供应链SAP/TMS/ SIP 等相关系统内在逻辑； ④ 熟练掌握EIQ，PCB分析等仓储规划方法论，了解仓储及分拨各类业务场景特点和多种流程设计，具备输送分拣、密集存储、AGV货到人等自动化应用的设计经验； ⑥ 掌握WES, WCS，RCS等自动化系统软件的各类功能和架构；对堆垛机，托盘四穿，AGV，以及输送分拣等自动化设备的硬件设计、控制特性及功能有深入理解，可根据业务特性完成设备选型； ⑦ 对自动化项目的全流程周期具备一定的认知，包括电控、供应链、实施管理以及售后； 3. 关键经历： ① 参与过从物流自动化0到1项目实施经验者优先； ② 主导并落地执行过2个以上主机厂建厂以及投产的物流规划项目优先； ③ 熟悉物流仓储自动化（料箱机器人，自动立体库），配送自动化（AMR）硬件结构和软件/PLC控制逻辑者优先； ④ 能够设计精益和高效的零部件物流规划策略，并考虑整体物流成本； 4. 领导力： ① 责任心强，良好的内外部沟通、管理协调能力； ② 具有较强的分析解决问题能力，具备项目管理和过程改进的经验。
