岗位职责： 1. 负责研发项目全生命周期质量管理工作，结合项目阶段制定质量计划、质量目标和质量保障方案； 2. 推动项目关键质量活动落地，包括历史问题规避、风险识别与管理、设计评审、质量阀点评审、版本发布评审等； 3. 负责研发过程中的缺陷管理、变更管理和重大质量问题闭环，推进问题分析、复盘和改进； 4. 负责项目质量状态监控和数据分析，输出质量周报、月报及专题分析，识别风险并推动改进； 5. 参与量产前后质量保障工作，支持软件发版评审、EOL评审、量产问题分析及改进闭环； 6. 与研发、测试、硬件、项目等团队协同，推动质量要求在项目中有效执行。

岗位亮点： 1. 深度参与核心研发项目质量管理，覆盖项目从立项到量产全流程； 2. 不只是流程管理，更强调风险识别、问题治理和跨团队推动； 3. 能直接参与研发质量体系和方法优化，有较强成长空间。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、电子、自动化、通信、车辆工程等相关专业； 2. 3年及以上研发质量管理、项目质量管理、软件质量保证相关经验； 3. 熟悉研发项目流程，具备质量策划、风险管理、评审管理、缺陷管理、变更管理等实战经验； 4. 具备较强的问题分析能力、跨团队推动能力和闭环意识，能推动复杂问题落地解决； 5. 具备良好的数据分析、文档输出和沟通表达能力； 6. 熟悉 IPD、APQP、FMEA、8D、TBP 等质量或研发管理方法； 7. 有汽车电子、智能硬件、控制器、嵌入式软件相关经验者优先。
