岗位职责 1. 业务经营与目标管理 承接经营目标，拆解渗透率、审批时效、放款规模等指标至各大区，制定贴息促销方案拉动转化，输出经营分析报告推动改善。 2. 金融机构全国管理 统筹银行、汽金公司、租赁公司总对总合作，管理资金方服务质量与审批效率，建立机构分级评价，推动资方政策优化，维护核心合作高层关系。 3. 门店金融体系赋能 输出全国统一金融 SOP 和培训体系，巡场走访门店诊断问题，建立全国金融问题快速响应机制，统一直营与合伙人门店服务标准。 4. 数字化与风控合规 推动金融线上化，协同 IT 打通订单到金融全链路，落实监管合规建立巡检机制，监控资产质量，管控贴息结算风险。 5. 团队管理 管理团队总部策略组与各大区金融运营，搭建人才梯队，协同销售/财务/法务/IT 及外部机构，确保全国业务结果达成。

任职要求 1. 统招本科及以上学历，金融、经济、市场营销相关专业优先。 2. 8-12 年汽车金融经验，3 年以上全国或大区总负责人管理经验；新势力主机厂优先。 3. 深度懂新能源渠道，熟悉零售贷款、融资租赁全流程，有汽金公司总对总谈判经验。 4. 熟悉汽金融监管法规（消费贷、融资租赁、消保、反洗钱），具备数据经营、贴息成本测算能力。 5. 结果导向，能驱动销售/财务/法务/IT 跨部门协同；用户思维，兼顾体验与收益；体系搭建能力强，可 0-1 搭建全国 SOP 培训体系。 6. 能适应快节奏和大新闻/季度冲量节奏，输出配套金融方案。 7. 可接受高频全国出差。
