1. 产品体验改善与落地：负责收集、整理并分析各渠道用户反馈，洞察用户真实需求，输出产品体验优化方向。 2. 需求转化与跨部门推动：联合产品经理、研发等部门，将用户需求转化为可落地的产品改善或全新体验方案，推进产品功能开发直至上线，并对落地效果负责。 3. 硬件升级商品全流程管理：从用户需求中识别硬件配置升级机会，负责单一商品从产品需求、商品产品定义、立项、开发适配、商城上线、售卖到售后改装的全流程推进与协同。 4. NPS 数据分析与总结：具备数据驱动意识，负责 NPS 数据统计、分析、总结与报告输出，提出改进建议。

1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、市场营销、心理学、传播学、社会学等相关专业优先；从业年限不限，能力优先。 2. 熟悉产品，具备产品经理、产品项目或工程项目管理和推进经验，能够独立跨部门协同并推动结果落地。 3. 具备优秀的用户研究和数据分析能力，熟悉调研问卷、深访等用户研究方法，有 NPS 运营或用户体验管理相关经验者优先。 4. 有较强的用户视角、结果导向和跨部门沟通协作能力。 5. 熟悉汽车行业、了解汽车用户者优先。
