1. 整体策略与规划：独立负责单渠道智能客服的整体运营策略制定与落地，结合业务场景设计智能客服解决方案，并推动产研团队落地上线。 2. 核心指标攻坚：对智能客服的核心业务指标负责（如：机器人解决率、用户满意度等），通过数据分析定位痛点，制定并执行针对性的优化方案。 3. 对话流与知识库管理：深入理解业务逻辑，主导复杂场景下的多轮对话流设计、意图识别优化及知识库体系搭建；持续进行语料挖掘、聚类与泛化，提升模型识别准确率。 4. 跨部门协同与产品迭代：作为业务Owner，紧密联动产品经理、算法工程师及研发团队，推动智能客服系统功能迭代与AI能力升级。

1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，5-8年以上工作经验，3年以上智能客服（文本/语音机器人）运营经验，有中大型互联网公司或大型呼叫中心智能客服操盘经验者优先。 2. 独立操盘能力：具备独立负责并成功主导过智能客服项目的经验，有从1到100实现指标突破的成功案例。 3. 数据分析能力：具备较强的数据敏感度和分析能力，能熟练通过数据分析发现问题并驱动业务决策。 4. 综合素质：具备极强的跨团队沟通协调能力和项目管理能力；自驱力强，抗压能力好，能够应对复杂多变的业务挑战；具备“以用户为中心”的同理心。
