The posting

1. 负责车载主动降噪项目中，算法在独立DSP平台上调试和座舱SOC平台的移植、集成与全流程调优，完成算法性能、内存、功耗优化，落地问题分析与调试效率提升； 2. 负责车载主动降噪（ANC）系统的算法研究、设计与建模仿真，包括但不限于路噪主动降噪（RNC）和发动机主动降噪（EOC）； 3. 负责主动降噪算法在独立DSP平台上调试与座舱SOC平台底层的接口开发、驱动适配，完成算法集成、验证测试，输出符合车规要求的稳定集成版本； 4. 配合软硬件团队完成主动降噪音频链路调试、验证与问题定位，参与算法测试框架搭建，保障系统稳定性与终端声学体验。

1. 3年及以上主动降噪算法或车载声学开发相关经验，声学、信号处理等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 精通数字信号处理理论，深刻理解自适应滤波算法（如LMS, FxLMS, RLS等）及其在ANC中的应用架构（前馈、反馈、混合式）； 3. 核心要求：具备独立DSP芯片与座舱SOC芯片平台主动降噪算法开发调试经验，熟悉平台音频DSP架构、开发调试工具，可独立完成算法从移植到量产的全流程调优； 4. 精通C/C++，熟练使用Matlab/Python等算法仿真工具，掌握数字信号处理理论，精通各类主动降噪算法原理，具备算法调优能力； 5.熟悉SPI/I2S/PDM/I2C等常用音频总线，了解车载A2B链路配置调试方法，可独立完成物理链路搭建与问题排查，掌握常规声学调试工具。
