1. 跨部门团队合作，深度参与白车身设计及其性能仿真、优化、验证、评审等，交付满足性能要求的白车身 2. 洞察与对标车身架构参数化创新方法及工程化，建立柔性参数化车身模型及性能评估，输出优化方案矩阵 3. 收集白车身结构相关的国内外法规，传递技术要求，支撑设计方案落地 4. 对接整车性能部门，完善相应规范及各车型VTS分解至白车身的指标 5. 依据车身开发需求，结合人工智能，创新结构分析及优化方法 6. 负责主责车型白车身(结构耐撞性、强度耐久、NVH)性能管控 7. 负责主责车型白车身系统强度耐久性能过程管理及目标达成 8. 负责白车身子组部件参数化模型快速生成及结构优化，如拓扑、尺寸、形貌、多目标优化等 9. 协助终版优化方案CAD数据的转化

1. 大学本科及以上学历，机械工程及相关专业，且了解CAE前处理软件及常规求解器（OptiStruct/ DYNA/ Abaqus等）； 2. 熟练使用HyperMesh、OptiStruct、Morph等车身先期结构优化分析软件； 3. 掌握车身结构参数优化、拓扑优化、尺寸优化、形貌优化、多目标优化等方法； 4. 熟悉车身开发流程，了解结构耐撞性、强度耐久、NVH等仿真分析方法，且能独立完成结构耐撞性能分析； 5. 3年以上相关工作经历，且不少于1项成功的项目案例； 6. 良好的团队合作精神，严密的逻辑思维能力，较强的责任心以及高效沟通能力
