1. 学历专业：全日制本科或以上学历，汽车、集成电路、机械、电子电器等相关方向； 2. 年限经验：至少8年汽车行业相关工作经验，至少2个以上车型或产品项目设计变更管理经验； 3. 岗位技能：熟知IPD及汽车研发业务流程，具备良好的项目管理能力，能够独立推进项目进度，熟练使用Office等计算机软件，具备数据分析知识； 4. 必备能力：逻辑清晰、表达能力强，乐观协作，强烈的目标感、使命感。
