职位描述 1. 月度需求计划制定 根据公司年度经营目标，结合销量趋势、市场变化、渠道反馈、库存水位等信息，制定月度需求计划，确保计划的合理性与准确性；持续跟踪计划达成进度及走势，及时识别异常和风险并预警。 2. 生产需求与库存管理 对产品进销存及供需平衡负责，在保障交付及时性的前提下，合理管控库存水位；基于需求预测、销售节奏及库存策略，输出生产需求，并推动与供应、制造、销售、交付等团队达成共识；持续跟踪库存与交付情况，按需调整计划并协同解决相关问题。 3. 预测分析与经营支持 基于销售、订单、库存、交付等数据，开展需求预测、偏差分析、达成跟踪及归因分析，持续优化预测逻辑和分析方法，提升需求计划准确率，为经营决策提供支持。 4. 流程与机制建设 搭建并持续优化月度/滚动需求计划流程，完善计划制定、跟踪、复盘、预警机制，推动需求计划工作的标准化与高效协同。

1. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、统计学、经济学、商业分析、管理科学、汽车工程等相关专业优先。 2. 5年以上相关工作经验，具备以下背景之一优先： -汽车主机厂销售管理、产销计划、需求计划、供应链计划相关经验； -消费电子、零售、快消等行业的需求计划、供应链计划、库存管理经验； -经营分析、商业分析、销售运营、供应链分析相关经验，有需求预测、资源分配、库存/交付分析经验者优先； -咨询背景，有产供销协同、经营计划、预测分析项目经验者优先。 4. 具备较强的数据分析能力和结构化思维，能够基于销售、库存、订单、交付等数据进行需求预测、偏差分析和问题归因；熟练使用Excel、SQL，具备Python/Tableau等能力者优先。 5. 具备较强的跨部门沟通与协同推动能力，能够联动销售、供应、制造、交付等团队推动计划落地，并解决计划执行过程中的异常问题。 6. 积极主动，责任心强，适应快节奏工作环境，对新能源行业有浓厚兴趣。 4. 喜欢快节奏的工作模式和创业公司氛围，对新能源行业有浓厚兴趣。
