1、负责车载充电机（OBC）、DC/DC变换器等车载电源产品的硬件架构设计、开发与验证，主导供应商从概念到量产的全流程硬件技术工作； 2、主导硬件方案设计，包含拓扑选型、磁件设计、功率电路设计；制定内部硬件平台化方案； 3、关键器件选型及设计校核，确认磁性器件设计及优化方向； 4、主导原理图设计，定义WCA、热仿真、损耗仿真等要求，制定硬件设计规范； 5、主导设计变更、工程认可、APQP等开发流程实施落地； 6、配合功能安全团队对供应商的功能安全方案进行审核； 7、跟踪解决研发过程出现的问题，并进行专项跟进。 8、跟踪行业技术趋势（V2G、单级拓扑等），推动技术预研

1、研究生以上学历，10年以上相关工作经验，电力电子、电子信息、自动控制等相关专业； 2、至少主导过 1 款量产车载 OBC 或 DC/DC 产品的完整开发（从概念到 SOP）；有 800V 平台、SiC 方案、双向 OBC（V2L/V2G）开发经验者优先；熟悉 APQP/PPAP 开发流程，有主机厂或 Tier1 工作经验者优先； 3、熟悉车载产品开发流程，熟悉功能安全开发，熟悉车载电源行业及产品； 4、具备系统思维，能平衡性能、成本、可靠性、可制造性；良好的跨部门沟通能力，能主导技术评审与供应商技术交流；
