1.具备市场洞察、本竞品竞争分析、用户洞察相关和整合营销策划的能力； 2.具备突出的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力，善于进行内外拉通和操盘工作； 3.具备2年以上团队管理经验（3人以上团队） 4.汽车行业5年以上工作经验，整合营销3年以上工作经验，有汽车行业、3C行业、广告行业工作经验优先；
