The posting

负责自动驾驶感知算法的研发与工程落地，方向涵盖目标检测、语义分割、深度估计、多目标跟踪、通用障碍物检测、世界模型（World Model）等。 2. 主导算法从研发到量产的全流程：模型训练与调优、部署量化、实车测试验证，持续优化精度、推理时延与系统稳定性。 3. 将前沿深度学习架构（Transformer、BEV 感知等）应用于云端真值系统的构建与优化。 4. 参与数据闭环体系的搭建，结合实际问题数据持续迭代模型，攻关长尾场景与异常Case。 5. 跟踪行业头部车企的智驾技术路线，开展前瞻性预研，输出可落地的技术方案并转化为研发成果。

学历专业：计算机视觉、模式识别、机器学习、电子信息、机器人等相关专业；硕士及以上优先，本科需5年以上相关经验。 2. 项目经验：2年以上自动驾驶或相关领域感知算法研发经验，有量产项目交付经历者优先。 3. 技术功底：精通机器学习与深度学习理论，熟练掌握CNN、Transformer等网络架构；掌握至少一种训练框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow等），熟练使用Python与C++。 4. 感知算法：熟悉目标检测、语义分割、多目标跟踪等基础算法；精通如下至少一个方向：2D/3D目标检测、图像分割、Occupancy Network、World Model。 加分项 1. 在多任务学习、立体视觉、光流等方向有深入研究或实战经验。 2. 有顶级学术会议论文发表或技术领域影响力。 3. 有主导感知模块在量产自动驾驶项目或相关产品中成功落地的经验。
